Modern Cottage Property Renovation Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
What I want to do:
- I have a property which I want to renovate with modern cottage style.
- I need to visualize what I want before actually building them on the land.
What sources I have:
- A drone photo of the property.
- A paper sketch showing the dimensions of the structures on the property and their relative distances to each other and the property outer walls.
What I need:
- Creating a 2D plan of the property including the structures on it.
- Adding new structures on the created plan. The new structures to be added includes:
* Driveway
* Car garage
* Swimming pool
* Pool house with sunbathing deck
* A small guest house
* Workshop building (Includes a small room for an office)
* Various sitting areas
* Landscape plants, trees, walking paths, etc
- Creating 3D images of the finalized 2D plan
- Generating photo-realistic renders of the finished 3D images
What skills you need:
- You need to be an architech who has experience with landscape design
- Ability to suggest designs and placements for the structures to be placed on the plans
- A good sense of design and aesthetics
What you need to apply:
- Attach a landscape design you have created. Do not link me to your portfolio. I need to see a specific image of this as attachment.
- Name a tree in the proposal so I'd know you've read the description.
- Keep your proposal short. I'm a software engineer. I do not need to read empty AI generated text to decide.
What software to be used:
- AutoCad
- Revit
- 3Ds Max
- V-Ray
