Modern Container Home & Facility Floor Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a CAD designer who can create basic floor plans for several modern styled 40 ft container structures. The project includes:
- 2 40 ft containers combined with 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, living room, full kitchen and bathroom with shower.
- 1 40 ft containers with 4 beds and living space with microwave, mini fridge and TV and table with 4 chairs.
- A basic gym within a single 40 ft container equipped with weightlifting gear and cardio machines
- A community hall constructed using two combined 40 ft containers with 3 laundry/dryer machines.
- A 40 ft container with separate Men and Women bathrooms with a men's shower and women's shower.

All designs must prioritize natural lighting, with innovative use of windows and open spaces. The ideal candidate for this project should have a background in architectural design, particularly with container structures.
