I'm seeking professional 3D renderings for a modern-style, single-family detached chalet undergoing rehabilitation.
Key Objectives:
- Illustrate construction details through detailed and realistic renderings.
- Highlight the exterior facade, interior living spaces, as well as the landscape and surroundings in the visuals.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in architectural rendering and 3D modelling software.
- Strong understanding of modern design aesthetics.
- Prior experience with creating illustrative construction details.
The following elements must be delivered:
Explanatory, artistic and visual report of the project in A2 format.
3D renderings and videos of the rehabilitation proposal in the highest possible resolution (2K to 4K)
Construction details*:
Structural systems: If a redistribution of spaces is proposed, it will be necessary to detail the structural reinforcements or modifications to the load-bearing elements.
Installation systems: The design of the electricity, plumbing, heating and air conditioning installations must be specified, ensuring that they are integrated efficiently and coherently with the new housing distribution proposal.
Facade details and exterior carpentry: The type of material, thickness, thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as the finishes used on the facades, must be specified. This will include large, highly energy efficient windows with modern opening systems (sliding, folding, pivoting, etc.), minimalist frames and high-end aluminum or steel profiles. Facade details should show the integration of modern elements, such as glass walls, with traditional techniques.
