I have a compact 4-cent plot (about 1,740 sq ft) and need a complete architectural plan for a modern-style, three-bedroom home. I’m looking for a functional layout that makes the most of the limited footprint while still feeling open and contemporary.

Key expectations
• Scaled floor plan for ground and first floors, showing room sizes, wall thicknesses, door and window positions, and staircase placement.
• Basic front-elevation concept that matches the modern aesthetic.
• A simple site layout indicating building setbacks, parking, and any green space.

Please deliver drawings in PDF plus editable CAD (DWG or similar) so I can share them with my local engineer for approvals. If you routinely include a 3-D massing view or a quick rendering, that would be a bonus but is not mandatory.
