Modern Bathroom Floor Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m remodeling my bathroom and need a clear, build-ready floor plan drawn to scale. The design direction is unmistakably modern and I want the room to read as one continuous, open space—no partition walls or segmented zones. The only must-include element is a spacious walk-in shower; everything else should support that feature and the overall minimal aesthetic.
Here’s what I expect back:
• A dimensioned floor plan in PDF together with the editable CAD file (AutoCAD, Revit or similar).
• Fixture locations, door swings, recommended clearances and rough plumbing points marked.
• A brief annotation layer or legend that explains material or finish suggestions so the modern look carries through.
If you prefer SketchUp or other 3D tools, feel free to include a quick perspective view; that’s a bonus, not a requirement. Accuracy is critical—I’ll pass these drawings straight to my contractor—so please double-check measurements and layout logic before delivery.
