Modern Basement Design with CGI Visuals

I'm in need of a talented interior designer who can create a full design for my modern-style basement. The space should include a comfortable seating area with couches, a central zone for a pool table, and a home bar.

Key Areas of Design:
- Seating Area: This should primarily feature comfortable couches, designed for both aesthetics and comfort.
- Central Zone: This area is intended for a pool table, so space planning will be crucial.
- Home Bar: This should incorporate a mini fridge. Bar stools and a wine rack are not necessary for this project.

This project also requires the creation of CGI visuals for these areas. Ideal candidates should have strong skills in interior design and CGI. Experience in designing modern spaces is a plus. Please include examples of your previous work in your application.

I am looking for a freelancer to design a space that incorporates a seating area, central zone for pool table and home bar and create the CGI visuals for these areas. As part of the design I want the designer to provide the details of tile choices used, paint codes and wall lighting. We will also require you to design the lighting aspects for the walls and ceilings (dropdown ceiling effects, feature walls).

The lighting and electrical plan needs to involves elevation drawings highlighting where all spots should go, led strip detailing and wall light spacing etc. i will require a full electrical plan to show where the sockets and connections should be.
