Modern 3BHK Interior Design -- 2

I have just taken possession of a new 3-bedroom flat and already have the full floor plan in CAD/PDF. What I’m missing is an inspired, premium-feeling interior scheme executed in both 2D and photorealistic 3D.

The look I’m after is unmistakably modern, anchored in calm neutral tones rather than bold pops of colour. Every space needs attention: the open living-dining zone, all three bedrooms and the complete wet areas—kitchen plus bathrooms. I’d like furniture placement that makes each room feel spacious and cohesive, well-considered lighting plans, and realistic material suggestions that I can source locally.

Your workflow can be in SketchUp, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Revit or any comparable tool as long as final outputs include exportable DWG/PDF drawings and high-resolution rendered images. If you prefer a different package that still gives me editable 2D layouts and true-to-life visuals, I’m open.

Deliverables I need to sign off the project:
• Scaled 2D layouts with furniture, lighting and electrical points
• 3D renders for every designed room showing day and night ambience
• 2 view for each room, each view covering 3 walls from one side
• One round of revisions after the first full draft
