Modern Architectural Visualization
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of an experienced 3D designer who specializes in modern architectural visualization. My project involves creating detailed and immersive 3D renders and designs that encompass the entire scope of my architectural project, including exterior views, interior rooms, and landscape surroundings. The final visuals will be used for both client presentations and my own review processes.
What we require:
- 2d plan of the parcel with the position of the track, the parking, the showroom, the garage, etc. – any of the items involved and dimensions of each item, building, alley.
- 3d renders of the exterior – 10 to 15 quality photorealistic renders (must contain logos of the showroom and of the racetrack. Must be nice green areas, plants, trees, etc. The racetrack must not contain any trees, only small plants, not bigger that 1m high)
- 3d renders of the showroom interior – 10 to 15 quality photorealistic renders of interior with lights and all the cars inside. (must contain logo of the showroom, picture of late father on a wall)
Racing track
Name: (*see the attached logo) we can put it onto the garage facade
Land surface available: 10-15.000 sqm
Race track length: 300-500m long
Race track width: 5-6 m wide
Style: see the “Model 2 karting track” picture
Model of racetrack – your choice – i like the form of the circuit in “Model 1 karting track” and in picture “Model 2 karting track”.
Lights: yes, the circuit needs to be night usable and to have lights on the side
Spectator stands: Yes, the circuit needs to have spectator stands. Capacity: around 100 chairs. I was thinking to use the car collection showroom building and to place the spectator stands on top of that building. (*see the attached zoning file).
Other details: for decoration we can use old tires painted in different colors, hays stacks, etc. – please research over the internet. You can also make a bridge and karts to drive under and over the bridge. We can also use stones for the decoration between the track lines or green grass or, please research more over the internet. Any initiative will be appreciated and will count in the final decision.
We need also a scoring board – track records and timing for each participant in the contest and a start line/finishing line.
Car collection showroom

Land surface available: 2000-2500 sqm
Width and length – please propose solutions
Style: see the references in the folder
Facade style – please propose a nice solution. We want the cars to be seen also from exterior but it’s not a must. The car collection is around 50 cars but it will grow so we will need a facility that will be around 12 m wide (*4-5m the cars on one side, 2 meters in the middle – the pathway and another 4-5m for the second row of the cars on the other side).
Lights: Would appreciate lights on each car to be nicely lighted.
Other details: Please research more over the internet. Any initiative will be appreciated and will count in the final decision. We want to have a nice and cozy interior, each car to have a history chart in which visitors can read about the car history and to see pictures of the car in different events.
Also, we would appreciate a pictures collection on the side walls, somewhere and different decorations with the race theme. We would really like a wall that will be will a photo wallpaper – the picture of the late "see name inside the word file". See the folder and use one of those pictures or search it over the google.
I also attached a few pictures of 4 cars that are in the collection. Please observe that they all have the number ACW – so please all the cars that you put into the interior collection to have a similar number (*with ACW but with different numbers).
