Modern Architectural Render for Personal Use

I'm looking for an architectural professional who can create a medium-detailed render of my house's exterior from provided plans (3 level building built on a slope). The style should be modern, suited for personal use to advertise the sale of our land (+ plans and council permit) package. The render should include textures and materials, but not extend to detailed landscaping and lighting.
