Modern Aesthetic Revamp of 3-Level Retail Building
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking for an architect with a strong portfolio in modern building design to help revise the existing 3D architectural plans for a new, 3-level commercial/retail building. The objective is to incorporate aesthetic changes to the facade, including the design, color and materials, to enhance both the functional and visual aspects of the building. Existing detailed 3D, 2D work available in CAD/Revit to improve on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modify the building's facade in terms of design, color and materials
- Improve both the functional and visual aspects of the design
Ideal Skills:
- Strong background in modern architectural design
- Proficient in 2D and 3D architectural software
- Experience with commercial/retail building projects
- Excellent understanding of materials and color theory
