Minimalist Living-Room & Kitchen Makeover

I’m refreshing the interior of my home and need a designer who can create a cohesive minimalist look for two key spaces: the living room and the kitchen. I’m after clean lines, well-considered negative space, and a palette that feels calm yet welcoming—think Scandinavian simplicity with just enough warmth so the rooms don’t feel sterile.

Scope
• Translate my functional requirements and inspiration images into a full interior concept.
• Develop scaled floor plans, mood boards, and 3D visualisations or realistic renders that communicate the proposed layout, colour scheme, lighting, and key décor pieces for each room.
• Specify furniture, fixtures, fittings, finishes, and accessories available in local or online stores, including direct shopping links when possible.
• Provide clear drawings or annotated visuals that my contractor can follow for any built-in elements, cabinet updates, or bespoke shelving.

Acceptance criteria
1. Both rooms reflect a coherent minimalist style and feel visually connected.
2. Layouts respect current structural walls, doors, and windows while improving flow and storage.
3. All materials and products are sourced within reasonable lead times and budgets I’ll share after project kickoff.

I work well with organised milestones: concept draft, revisions, and final documentation—including editable source files (SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or comparable) plus high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s discuss timelines and start dates.
