Minimalist Architecture & Conventional MEP Design

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer who can provide both architectural and MEP design services for a two-phase project. Here's what you'll need to know: This a commercial project so we will be running a business from this building.
Phase 1:
- Development of a minimalist architectural design which reflects my aesthetic preferences.
- MEP design using conventional systems, i.e., standard mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in architectural design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing minimalist designs.
- Expertise in the creation and implementation of conventional MEP systems.
- Excellent communication skills to closely collaborate during both project phases.
- Ability to comply with project deadlines and demonstrate creativity.
