I need a professional to help with a residential garage addition project. The purpose of this garage addition is to park mid-size cars.
Basically, I have a residential property 4 bedroom and 2 car garage and wish to add a third garage. I need to submit plans to HOA, so I guess design blueprints, form external view.
If I decide to go with the design, then subsequent contractors would need them to stamp the plan. So the freelancer should be familiar with Montgomery County, Maryland bylaws etc.
