Metalic Product Rendering

Need a 3D rendering of a bathtub spout with an additional (small) angled spout on top. I attached an image I put together on microsoft paint to give the idea of what it is I am looking for. the top spout should look like the attached image named Top Spout, its a bit small but you can get the idea of the look
