I am seeking the expertise of a talented CAD designer to bring my vision to life in a 3D house design. The house needs to be medium-sized and designed in a traditional architectural style.

I have the EXACT property location, house location, pool location , garage location , Google maps , property map and exact house and garage design. I need a very small amount of assistance with some walls and other small things. Again , I have the House design. What I need mostly here is a person who can put it into 3D and has experience in 3D AND can create a file that I can open in the App as mentioned 2X already .
I repeat that I have a drawing with measurements of the house design already !

House is 162m2 with pool and separate garage. Hip roof, one single roof for entire house. Vaulted ceiling in center of house and all other rooms have 9ft ceiling flat ceiling.
