Medical Clinic Retail Designer
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm in need of an experienced retail designer with a specialization in medical facilities. The project involves designing a clinic, specifically the reception and waiting areas. I expect a design that is not only functional but also promotes a sense of calm and comfort for patients.
Ideal Skills:
- Retail design experience, particularly in medical settings
- Strong understanding of patient-centered design principles
- Excellent spatial awareness and design visualization skills
Experience:
- Proven track record of successful clinic designs
- Portfolio showcasing previous work on reception and waiting areas
- Client testimonials highlighting ability to meet design briefs and deadlines
Design proposal must be delivered in two below packages :
1.INITIAL DRAWING PACKAGE
In order for the team to be able to review the preliminary design, the drawing package must be complete and submitted in the correct format.
Drawings at a scale of 1:50
Internal and shopfront 3 Dimensional perspective of proposed concept. Vray rendered images are highly recommended.
Mood board of proposed concept direction
Layout plan
Initial finishes schedule and sample board
Important note
Drawings must be fully dimensioned and to scale.
Drawings must be emailed to your Retail Design Manager. The package must be saved at A3 size and saved into one PDF attachment (not separate sheets).
2.FINAL DRAWING PACKAGE
In order for the team to be able to review and approve your store concept, the final design package must include, but not be limited to:
Drawings at a scale of 1:50
A 3-dimensional perspective in colour of the shop.
Layout plan
Floor finishes plan - Denote and dimension the mall floor ingo
Services plan
Ceiling Plan (include lighting design)
External & Internal elevations – Showing all finishes
Section through the tenancy
Detail of fixtures and fittings
Sign proposal and details
Graphic proposal
Finishes schedule and sample board of materials
Furniture schedule including Model/Supplier and sample photos.
Services drawings at a scale of 1:50
Denote and dimension the EDB
Denote and dimension core holes (try to re-use existing services)
Denote and dimension all services in floor and below
