3D Max - Existing Building Elevation Changes

Hi, I'm seeking the services of a 3D Max expert to help with a building elevation project. In particular, I need help with residential apartment rendering which I've already completed in 3D Max. I require changes and updation to the elevation design, and would prefer the project to be turned around in the next 24 hours. If you have the experience and skills needed to complete such a project professionally and quickly, please get in touch. Require one day time render and one night time render. Thanks.

PS: The attached TIFF file is old one and I have 3dmax file. Facelift required as per the actual site picture attached as the 2nd file.
