2400ft Matte Epoxy Flooring
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need an experienced epoxy specialist to supply and install a seamless matte-finish floor across roughly 2,400 sq ft of my home in Rohtak, Haryana. The surface is currently bare concrete and will serve as the final visible floor, so preparation, leveling and dust control are essential.
I’m looking for a custom design rather than a single colour or simple multi-tone pour. I don’t have a final pattern in mind, so part of the job will be guiding me through options that work well with a matte sheen—subtle terrazzo-style flakes, muted metallic swirls, gentle gradients, whatever you think will complement a modern residential interior.
Key deliverables
• On-site inspection and moisture test before work starts
• 2–3 design mock-ups or small on-floor samples for approval
• Full mechanical diamond-grind surface prep, crack repair and primer coat
• Installation of high-build matte epoxy system (base, body and top coat) with uniform colour/texture, no pinholes or roller marks
• Final protective layer and curing schedule that lets us move furniture back in safely
The finished floor must be smooth and level, adhere properly to the substrate and resist household wear, mild chemicals and UV yellowing. Please outline your proposed product line, equipment you’ll use, estimated timeline, and warranty on workmanship and materials. References or photos of previous matte custom-design projects are a big plus.
