Master plan top View rendering -- 2

I am looking for a master plan top view rendering to use as a marketing material for my project. I want to include a mix of both my own ideas as well as some suggestions from the freelancer. The preferred format of the final delivery is source files. That way, I have control and flexibility in what I can do with the rendering in the future. I need a professional that has experience creating high-quality renderings with attention to detail.
