Master Bathroom Remodeling Design

We want to remodel our master bathroom by making the shower bigger and removing the bathtub. When we remove the bathtub, we will have a space that is 9' x 5'3", but I don't want a shower that big. I want the shower to be 5'9"' x 5'3". I'm looking for ideas of what to do with the other 3' or improvements to the shower design if you can think of something better. If you were facing this area, there is a large picture window on the exterior wall on the right, which you can see in the photo. Attached are the original architectural plans of our master bathroom, a photo of our existing shower and tub, and a sketch I drew of one idea I had. I want the shower door to be close to the left wall and the shower controls close to the front by the door so we can reach in easily and turn on the shower and adjust the temperature before we get into the shower. I might want a 3D rendering after we get the floor plan finalized.
