Make a 3D rendering of our new home currently on CAD

My project is to create a 3D rendering of my new home currently on CAD, .pdf attached, complete with both interior and exterior details. The level of detail I am looking for in the rendering is intermediate, so that all of the features of the building architecture can be accurately replicated. For the exterior I have specific paint colors already chosen, but I do not have any specific materials, colors or textures that I want to be used in the interior. I do not need any furnishings. The goal is to accurately reflect what the interior and exterior of my home will look like upon completion.
