MODERN VILLA Design on Small Plot!!! URGENT

I'm in need of a creative and experienced architect to design a modern 5- 6 villa for a 2500M2. The project requires the following:
- Architectural Plan: You'll be required to design the layout of the villa, ensuring that the space is utilized in the most efficient manner.
- Landscape Integration: The design should integrate well with the surrounding landscape, making the best use of the limited space available.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in designing modern residential properties
- Knowledge of landscape architecture is a plus
- Proficiency in CAD and other design software
- Ability to think innovatively and creatively to design a beautiful, functional villa on a small plot.
The land in mountainous and 3 villa will be together for personal vacation ( father & 2 sons ) and other 3-4 will be for rent and business.
