Luxury Townhouse Rendering

I need a high-quality, realistic rendering of the exterior of a luxury 3-storey townhouse development in Vancouver, BC. The development consists of 5 units and is a new construction.

Requirements:
- Use provided CAD files with all dimensions and 2D drawings of the exterior.
- Render 3 views:
- From ground level looking north
- From ground level looking west
- From above looking NW at the rooftop decks
- The exterior will be black hardie shingle
- Include basic landscaping
