Long-Term Architectural 3D Visualization -- 2
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m expanding Krishna Architectural Company’s remote team and need a reliable 3D-visualization specialist who can stay with us project after project. Most of the work centres on turning our AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp massings into persuasive visuals that help clients “see” the design before it is built.
What you’ll typically tackle
• Creating realistic renders that capture true-to-life materials, lighting, and context
• Developing virtual walkthroughs that let clients explore spaces on desktop or VR headsets
• Producing architectural animations that communicate design intent in a short cinematic clip
A SketchUp-first workflow is essential because that is where our models originate. Once the geometry is clean, feel free to polish the scene in Lumion, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or any tool you trust to achieve a photoreal finish—just be ready to hand back the SketchUp file alongside final outputs.
Typical deliverables per assignment
1. Native .skp model, organised and purged
2. 3–5 high-resolution still renders (minimum 4 K)
3. One narrated or captioned walkthrough/animation (1080 p, 60 fps, H.264)
4. Any texture, proxy, or LUT libraries used, zipped and labelled
How we’ll work together
I supply the architectural plans, material specs, and mood references; you return a first draft, we iterate once or twice over Zoom, then you deliver final assets. Payments release automatically on approval, and a new brief usually follows within a week—residential, commercial, or a façade study, depending on our pipeline.
If you’re enthusiastic about long-term collaboration, comfortable with tight yet realistic deadlines, and confident your visuals can carry a client presentation, let’s start with a small test scene and build from there.
