Landscape design

I am looking for a skilled landscape designer to help me create a beautiful outdoor space for my small area of less than 500 sq ft. The main focus should be on incorporating an existing tree and bush to create a lush and green environment. Additionally, I would like the design to include a small path easy to a mounted water hose. Experience in designing small spaces and knowledge of landscaping design techniques would be ideal for this project. Project is located in Torrance, CA
