LANDSCAPE GARDEN DESIGN AROUND AMERICAN BARN BOAT SHED

We would like a clever landscape garden design and 3D view of our shed being built shed and garden.
We are currently building a boat shed with mezzanine level above.
The garden surrounding it needs some fresh inspiration and clever modern design. We wish it to be clean / contemporary and low maintenance. We have attached some pictures of the house and aerial views also.
We have some tropical plants / palms around the rest of the house.
We live in New Zealand so plant / trees need to be considered.
