I am seeking a qualified architect or drafting professional to prepare full construction drawings required to obtain an interior build-out permit from Harris County, Texas. The project is for a Foot Solutions retail store to be located in a 20’ wide by 60’ deep space (1,200 square feet).

Deliverables:
The final permit set must include the following:
1. Architectural Layout Plan
• Scaled floor plan based on provided layout (see “Suite 102 - Floor Plan.pdf”)
• Furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) placement following the specified layout
• Interior finishes and material schedule
2. MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Drawings
• Electrical layout with lighting, receptacles, panel schedule
• Plumbing layout with all fixtures, hot/cold supply, drain lines
• Mechanical/HVAC layout including air supply/return, thermostats, and unit specifications
3. Fire & Life Safety Plans
• Egress path and exit signage
• Fire extinguisher locations
• Emergency lighting
• Smoke detectors, alarms, or sprinkler heads as required by local code
4. Code Compliance Notes
• Clearly list applicable Harris County building codes, occupancy classification, and construction type
• ADA compliance details and annotations
5. Title Sheet
• Project data, drawing index, code summary, and sheet list
6. Construction Notes & Details
• General construction notes
• Wall, door, ceiling, and fixture details as required

• Final output required in PDF (ready for submission) and CAD (.dwg) formats
• Drawings must be permit-ready and stamped by a licensed architect registered in the State of Texas and permitted to practice in Harris County
• Minor revisions may be required based on county feedback
• Coordination with MEP engineers if using subcontractors
