I am looking for an interior designer for a new 3bhk villa with G+1 floor.

Initial Consultation: discuss their needs and vision for the space.
Site analysis: assess its size, shape, natural light, traffic flow, and any other features that will impact the design.
Concept Development: Develop an initial concept or design direction based on the preferences and the site analysis.
Space Planning: Develop a detailed floor plan that includes the placement of furniture, fixtures, and decor items to ensure the space is functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Material and Finish Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, and colors that align with the design concept and the client's preferences.
Sourcing and Procurement: Research sources and various vendors and suppliers.

Material and Finish Schedule: A detailed list that includes all materials and finishes selected for the project, along with quantities, pricing and procurement information.
Specification Sheet: A document that lists all furniture, fixtures, and decor items to be used in the project, including dimensions, materials, and source of procurement.
Construction Documents: Detailed drawings and specifications that are used by contractors and tradespeople to construct and install various elements of the design.
