Interior design with 3D rendering

I am looking for an experienced interior designer to create a modern recreational space with 3D rendering capabilities. The size of the space is approximately 500 to 1000 square feet, and I’m looking to work with someone who can visualize and bring to life my vision for this space. The designer should be familiar with the modern aesthetic and be knowledgeable with 3D rendering techniques. I would like for them to create the pre-construction visuals, digital models, and diagrams to explain the design intent. I'm excited to start turning this space into something special and expecting high-end finishes.
