Interior design for Villa
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING
Look for Interior Designer to do my Villa, with Modern minimalistic design for the following areas:
-Ground Floor
-Entrance
-Study room
-Guest bedroom
-Open plan Family Living & Dining area, with Semi opened kitchen, Stairs
@ 1st Floor
- 4 bedroom with attached bathroom and walk in closet - they areall very similar size - I require 2-3 design ideas and then finally give me 2 bedrooms and bathroom with dress room rendered in 2 different styles
- living area
What is requirement?
-minimum 3 Rendering per room/area
* Full ID drawings as per 3D
visualization however in design
-Power plan
-RCP plans, and sections details and blow up details
-Joinery such as wall cladding/ kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, study table, library, plans and sections details and blow up details.
-Tiles/Stone/Marble walls or floorings, plans and section details - with possible names of material used
-Furniture plan layout including (if possible) the furniture name that we can easily source
-lights plans with spotlights and LED chandeliers in modern design (i will give input into this)
- network sockets in key areas (I will give input into this)
- mesh router placement (4-5x mesh router network is planned)
-sockets/switches details (part of the home will have smart switches and sockets)
- AC thermostat locations (ALL AC thermostats will be smart and will connect to wifi network)
-carpets/rug details
-curtains details
-beds details
-bench details
-sofa details

All drawings delivery in millimeters.
I have provided 2D floor plans (already attached), 3D exterior renders (front elevation already attached and other perspectives will be given later) to make sure the colour scheme you use does not clash with the design. I will also provide any other drawings you require to ensure a 100% job
