Interior design of apartment

I need an interior design of an apartment that will be renovated. I need a 2D plan and a 3D visualisations of the rooms. I want some doors to be moved and one wall changed (just an idea that I have). I want a new and modern look of the interior, but to be functional and practical. Would like to keep the wooden flooring in the living room. I'm providing a plan of the apartment with dimensions. Also providing a desired changes (not final) concerning room types. The interior design of the rooms and the distribution of the furniture must be done by you. Also I'm open to suggestions regarding all kind of changes.
