3D Interior Rendering of My House

I attach house plane by builder, i asked to him 3th bedroom to create a walk-in closet, he suggested me , where you see highlighted , he suggested creating the third room and bringing the kitchen into the leaving, but by doing this I can't make the kitchen with an island and the leaving would become too small.

Who can help me divide the spaces better without making the leaving too small? the house can still be divided entirely as we want, moving bedrooms and bathrooms as we wish.
