Interior Designer for residential apartment renovation -- 2

I need an Interior designer to provide me with design of
(a) Living area (TV and Dining area) (Need design for TV Console, Cabinet, spatial planning and ceiling & lights)
(b) Open Layout Kitchen with Island. (Hacking of walls, Kitchen Cabinet design and spatial planning)
(c) reconfiguring the yard to a small bedroom and (Hacking of wall and spatial planning)
(d) design of the master bedroom with walk in wardrobe.
(e) General Aesthetic
(d) Apartment 2000 sq ft (3 bedroom) 2 split levels

We like modern luxury style for contemporary feel for Asia pls LED lights to illuminate the place

Details of our requirement can be discussed.

I have attached my floor plan.

The final design is to be handed over to the contractor

Deliverable - 3D Plans, Floor Plans, 3D rendering (Pls type AAA before quoting to ensure that u have read the briefing)
