I am seeking a freelance 3D interior designer to create a detailed interior design plan for my new 3BHK flat in Hyderabad, India. The flat is 1700 sq ft and located in Aditya Empress Towers, Shaikpet. I am looking for design-only services, as the implementation will be managed locally.
Scope of Work:
• 3D Interior Design: Full 3D model of the apartment with realistic visualizations, including living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and bathrooms.
• Space Planning: Optimal layout and space utilization, keeping functionality and aesthetic appeal in mind.
• Furniture & Decor Suggestions: Recommendations on furniture, lighting, and decor that suit the flat’s dimensions and style.
• Material & Color Palette Guidance: Suggestions on materials, colors, and textures to create a cohesive look throughout the home.
• Final Deliverables : High-quality 3D renders and, if possible, an interactive 3D model or walkthrough.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in residential 3D interior design
• Proficiency in software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or other 3D rendering tools
• Ability to work with client input and provide revisions as needed
• Experience in creating design concepts that local craftsmen can easily execute
