Interior Design and Rendering of 35м² studio based on pre-existing floor plan.
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need someone who can help with interior design and realistic rendering of 35м² studio based on pre-existing floor plan in somewhat Mid-Century Modern, Classic modern, Traditional /Transitional styles or French/Parisian Modern style.
The purpose of the project is AIRBNB rental therefore it need to be in neutral, light and bright colors.
Here are items that must be incorporated in to the design:
1. Refrigerator(please see floor plan, we have 2 versions of placement of fridge , if there will be not enough space in the kitchenette area it should stay there also creating a space that can be used from other side as for shelve, bookcase, or maybe something else? )
2. Under-mount brushed stainless steel kitchen sink.
3. Pool out kitchen faucet
4. Stainless steel gas cooktop (2 burners)
5. Microwave oven
6. Water heater (it should be inside the cabinet to the right of entry door to the bathroom)
7. Washer Only (in bathroom, under the stone countertop which need to be used for ironing, there will be a tiny pool out drawer next to "W" and hanged cabinets above it with lighting underneath
8. Under mount oval bathroom white ceramic sink.
9. Exposed chrome shower set.
10. Murphy bed/sofa (will send a gif image)
11. Armchairs that can be tuned to single slipper beds.
12. I would like to have stone window sills with heating radiators underneath , and stone kitchen and bathroom countertops.
13. Bathroom towel drier.
14. Shower stone seater.
15. Split system AC unit in leaving room.
If we can find a spot for small built in oven will be great but again this is not on must list as space is limited.
I think we should use wood like laminate flooring.
I also would like to have big mirror on one of the walls so it will bring more light and visually increase space.
RE: Bathroom
Floor plan layouts was done taking in to consideration the location of sewer lines or other limitations, so please try to consider that prior moving things around (sewer lines visible on the floor plan with measurements).
Shower can be done either behind glass, or maybe it can also be done behind glass blocks?, shower curtains? It will be left on your imagination and taste.
Please think about functionality when designing the space. Something like whether drawers of cabinets can be opened and nothing will hold on the way, where would be the hinges or whether designed can be technically executed by furniture manufactured or remodelers?
Some designers design things looking good on screen but they never think how it can be technically executed.
I will need color codes at the end.
I will send you a separate request for camera view angles that I would like to have as for renderings.
