Interior Design and Rendering of 35м² studio based on pre-existing floorplan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
The goal of this project is AIRBNB rental,
therefore I would like you to design it in light/bright and neutral colors.
Studio has 3 arch windows overlooking to Historical center name of which will be part of the property name on AIRBNB platform.
I expect studio will host 40+ years old tourists who like Mid-Century Modern, Classic modern, Traditional or Transitional styles.
The arch windows making me think it can also be designed in French/Parisian Modern style.
I see somewhat fine and light classic/modern crown moldings on the ceiling and around arch windows. I would like to see chandeliers (again in somewhat classic modern stile) and I think it will be great if it is combined with recessed lighting.
Radiators will be placed under every windows (under window sills made of naturel stone). Please see attached elevation drawing.
Here are items that must be incorporated in to the design:
1. Refrigerator(please see floor plan, we have 2 versions of placement of fridge , if there will be not enough space in the kitchenette area it should stay there also creating a space that can be used from other side as for shelve, bookcase, or maybe something else? )
2. Undermount brushed stainless steel kitchen sink.
3. Pool out kitchen faucet
4. Stainless steel gas cooktop with 2 burners.
5. Microwave oven
6. Water heater (it should be hidden in the cabinet next to the entry door to the bathroom)
7. Washer Only (in bathroom, under the stone countertop to be used for ironing, there will be a tiny pool out drawer next to it and hanged cabinets above it with lighting underneath
8. Under mouth oval bathroom white ceramic sink.
9. Exposed chrome shower set.
10. Murphy bed/sofa ( need to be custom made locally, see attached gif)
11. Retractable armchairs that can be tuned to single slipper beds.
12. I would like to have stone window sills, kitchen and bathroom countertops.
13. Also, I would like to have storage for luggage (roll in) if it is possible
14. Bathroom towel drier.
I will attached images of the items purchased.
If we can find a spot for small oven will be great but again this is not on must list as space is limited.
Most likely we will be using laminate or wood flooring but it depends also from you.
I also would like to have big mirror on one of the walls so it will bring more light and visually increase space. ( I will Include previously done design where I like the mirror part however I do not like the style of the design, ceiling, lighting and the fact that ceiling was dropped only for central HVAC, and that is in 33 м² space with 3m celling height :)
RE: Bathroom
Please check attached version of of floor pan and layouts. All layouts was done taking in to consideration the location of sewer lines or other limitations, so please try to consider that prior moving things around (sewer lines visible on the floor plan with measurements).
Shower can be done either behind glass, it can also be done behind glass blocks?, shower curtains? It will be left on your imagination and taste.
If you have any questions please ask.
In general I would like to ask you to think about functionality when designing the space. Something like whether drawers of cabinets can be opened and nothing will hold on the way, where would be the hinges or whether designed can be technically executed by furniture manufactured or remodelers.
I have notices some designers design things looking good on screen but they never think how it can be executed.
I reserve the right to ask for modifications until I am fully satisficed.
I would like to have color codes at the end.
I will include floor plan and elevations with measurements, Please disregard the furniture placement in it.
I will also send you samples of design I would like to have and explain what I don't like about it and what need to be modified.
I will send you a separate request for camera view angles that I would like to have on renderings.
