Interior Design -- 2

Carry out 3D rendering of 8 Rooms and associated bathrooms for a hotel project . Following completion of 3D, 2D drawings will be required to be done and finally prepare Bill of Quantity to allow purchasing of furniture. We are expecting the selected designer to be proficient in 3D, 2D and preparing BOQ. Rendering for 8 Rooms shall be in 2 Styles meaning 4 rooms will be 1 style and remaining 4 rooms another style. For 3D to begin we shall be providing architectural drawings of the rooms and expect the designer to propose 3D using his/her ideas and imagination.
