Industrial Combo Space Design

Job ID: 37889146

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

I need a freelancer with a knack for industrial style design to create a functional and aesthetic layout for a section of my shop. The shop is a quonset hut, and the project areas to focus on are the bathroom, kitchen, office, and loft. Your design proposals should:

- Maximize the use of space, while maintaining a balance between all the areas.
- Embody an industrial theme throughout the design.
- Prioritize functionality without compromising the design element.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in interior design with a strong portfolio in industrial style.
- Proven knowledge of spatial design and functionality.
- Cutting-edge creativity in utilising diverse spaces.
- Proficiency in design software and presentation.

I have a Lidar scan of the area, and I would like for it to be used to help us visualize and ultimately create plans from this to scale design for construction.

We have a full size fridge we need to accommodate, and will be buying a washer and dryer for inside the bath room. We would like to not block the shop door, so we can pull our RV into the shop, and still use all rooms.

We want the kitchenette to be as functional as possible, with all the things a modern kitchen would have, fridge, stove, dishwasher, sink, microwave, air fryer, etc.

We would like the loft area to have a ladder, or stairs that again, does not block the entry via main shop doors, but allows for a small bed, and computer desk and chair.

There is a J box with 100 amps of power, so we will need a place for a sub panel for the room. There is a gas line there as well, and sewer and water are in the ground just on the other side of the shorter wall, so we will have to cut the concrete to install drains.

We will need to go through multiple variations, and would like to start with a rough idea of layout, and once agreed upon, have it detailed out.
