3D INTERIOR DESIGN MODELING – For existing architectural 3D files

This is the phase 2 of an On-going project. All the architecture is already done. In this Phase 2, I need:

-> Accurate Interior 3D modeling including details, furniture, mouldings, etc, based on the client requirements (style already selected)

->The model will be rendered and realistic rendering images will be produced (in the next phase).

Amount of work:
-> We have 2 houses in total. We need to model the Interior of 5 spaces of each house + 1 exterior of each house. The 5 interior spaces on each house, will have the same style on both of the houses with a few touches. So it would be a total of 10 interior spaces, which you can do 5 spaces and copy paste most of the info and move to the other house, and do a couple of touches

I need a freelancer who can take this Phase 2 (the 3D model part), and then be ready for Phase 3 – 3D rendering. To be clear, I NEED SOMEONE WHO MODELS AND ALSO RENDERS IN REALISTIC QUALITY. But currently now, phase 2 is required.

QUALITY REQUIREMENT / SOFTWARES:

-> Quality has to be EQUAL OR BETTER than the attached references.

-> Preferred softwares are: VRAY AND CORONA renderer. CANNOT BE DONE IN LUMION OR TWINMOTION. Need something better

TIMELINE / SCOPE
-> I will share the files via chat for a full detailed description on the scope, which I have already made.

->Timeline is to be delivered on 11-9 at 8pm Buenos Aires time
