Hybrid Style Exterior Rework & Additional Commercial Floor

I'm seeking a seasoned architect or exterior designer to overhaul the facade of an existing building, incorporating a striking mix of modern, traditional, and contemporary styles. The design must pay homage to the rich ornate architectural details of yesteryears, subtly blended with contemporary aesthetics.
Key Aspects:
- Facade Redesign: Craft an exterior makeover strategy that seamlessly integrates traditional and contemporary styles. The design should feature classic ornate details, giving a timeless appeal to the building.
- Additional Floor: Add an extra floor purely designed for commercial use. The design should coherently align with the hybrid exterior theme without compromising on functionality.
- The old building is built in 1908, and will have to be well recognised in the rendering.
Main tasks:
- Attached is 4 pictures of the building as it was originally
- Attached is also a picture from today with one additional floor
- The old design should come more in focus on the redesign
- On the old photos, one can add two floors(one floor on the recent photo)
- The large window/entrance on the side could me a design element to the top 2 floors
- The top of the old building(castle style) should be preserved in either the same place as the original building, or be transferred one floor up.
