House remodel and modifications
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am looking for a skilled professional to help me remodel the house and modify by building annex attached. Remodel includes my living room, master bed room and a second bed room within a budget of under $10,000. I have no specific design or style in mind, and I am open to suggestions.
Specific requirements for this project include:
- Redesigning the layout of the master bed room and the second bed room and design the new annexx attached that includes an extension to the outside kitchen , storag area and driver room to maximize space and improve functionality. This includes remodel 4 bathrooms,
- Updating the flooring, walls, and ceiling to create a fresh and modern look
- Installing new lighting fixtures to enhance the overall ambiance
- Adding storage solutions to minimize clutter and optimize organization
- Incorporating comfortable seating options for relaxation and entertaining
- Selecting appropriate furniture and decor pieces that complement the desired style
