House floor plan change and kitchen , bathroom , laundry design
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for a skilled designer who can help me with my house floor plan change and kitchen, bathroom, and laundry design.
Specific changes to the house floor plan:
- I would like to rearrange the existing rooms to better suit my needs.
This is only a 3/4 bedroom house so not to big
Preferred style for the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry design:
- I prefer a modern style , simplistic with either a think shaker profile , flat panel with 20mm stone on top with pencil round
Required deliverables:
- I only need 2D plans for this project.
Also open to 3d for finals
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in interior design and space planning
- Proficiency in creating detailed 2D plans
- Knowledge of modern design trends and aesthetics
