House design

I am looking for a skilled architect or draft person to design a traditional-style house made of steel and form render , with a size of more than 300 sqm. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing traditional houses and expertise in working with concrete as the primary construction material. The project requires attention to detail, creativity, and strict adherence to the client's specifications. The successful freelancer will be responsible for creating a detailed floor plan, elevations, and 3D renderings of the final design.

I have a floor plan ready , just need to make accordingly and ready to submit to certifier for approval.
