House Render - 1 plan, 3 designs

We are wanting to have photo realistic Renders created for our various house plans.
Then for each plan, we would want 3 different exterior designs created, including different roof lines and cladding.

So for each floorplan, there would be 3 exterior roof options:
- Hip roof (affordable range - brick cladding)
- Mono pitch roof (Medium spec - weatherboard cladding)
- Gable roof (Higher spec design - usually using cedar cladding etc)

As well as a floorplan (example attached)
