3D House Design & Revamp Needed

I'm seeking a comprehensive design solution for my 4-storey semi-detached home.

Requirements:
- Revamp of certain areas with suggestions:
- External: Replace "L" or "7" shaped windows
- Car porch: Change light bulbs to LED strips
- Bar to have space for 2 TVs, and display of whiskeys

- Color scheme: tones of gray, white, and black
- Open to contemporary internal design ideas
- Suggestions for improving the external look
- Include 10 amendments after the first draft
