72-Hour Architectural Layout Revisions
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have a complete set of architectural plans in PDF that must be revised and re-issued within the next 72 hours. The scope is strictly layout modifications—no structural redesign—so speed and drafting accuracy are paramount.
What has to change
• Stair layout: shift its position/orientation and remove landing as noted on my mark-ups.
• Internal walls: adjust partitions and add barn doors.
• Kitchen: reshape the benches/ and relocate some appliances per the sketch overlay.
• Pergola: delete it entirely from the plan view.
Adjust balustrade to be face mount
All edits occur in plan view only. Once the drawing is updated, cloud every change, bump the revision letter, and update the title block accordingly.
Deliverables (all due inside the 72-hour window)
1. Updated PDF set ready for client issue
2. Matching DWG or native CAD file so I can carry the revisions forward
Use any mainstream CAD platform—AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, or equivalent—so long as the final files open cleanly on my end.
