Objective:
To create a photorealistic 3D rendering of a modern private residence, based on the provided architectural floor plans (ground floor and upper floor), for presentation and client visualization purposes.

• Floorplan 1st Floor (PDF): Ground floor layout, including master bedroom, walk-in closet, and master bathroom
• Floorplan 2nd Floor (PDF): Upper floor layout
• All rooms must be accurately modeled according to these layouts (including walls, openings, staircases, door positioning, and proportions)

• General Style: Sleek, ultra-modern, minimalistic
• Flooring: Light wood flooring in all rooms (except bathroom/toilet)
