We need a drafter to produce detailed drawing and plans for our new home. Have a basic pre-designed plan picked out, but need to tweak and put into details such as adding a couple of rooms, doors, walkout basement, extending master bedroom, and a little larger width.
Approx. 3500 ft2 home with partial walkout basement.

Need the plans to be stamped and certified for North Carolina.
