I need a 12x16 living space addition with the following specifications:

- Gable roof with a 4:12 slope
- Peak height: 10.5 feet from the subfloor
- Roof constructed with scissor trusses
- 48” x 60” windows
- 60” x 80” slide-by door
- Exterior finish: siding
- Interior finish: drywall walls, wainscoting ceiling with beams

- Siding installation experience
- Interior finishing skills, especially with wainscoting and beams
