High-Quality Modern Architectural Renderings (3 Homes) - ASAP
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of a talented 3D visualizer to create high-quality, accurate renders for three homes. This project involves:
- 3D modeling
- Detailed surrounding environments including site and topography
- Inclusion of furniture and people
- Texturing and lighting
- Provision of source files
The project specifics are as follows:
Project 1 & 2 are for Single Family Residential A & B (Briefs to follow)
Project 3 is a Fourplex, requiring a rendering of a full block of four (4) units.
An architectural walkthrough would be a bonus.
In your proposal, please include:
- Links or portfolios of your past work, specifically residential interiors & exteriors or similar projects. Preference will be given to photorealistic architectural renderings.
The ideal freelancer for this job would have:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g. Lumion, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.) and rendering software (e.g. V-Ray, Blender, 3ds Max, etc.)
- Extensive experience with architectural visualizations
- Exceptional ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality (Work is due ASAP - 2 days for all three projects).
The style of the renderings should be modern, with a high level of detail in the 3D models. The surrounding environment should include landscape and vegetation, as well as streets and pathways.
